"The water that softens us as it circulates through each cell has already been down every river and slept in every ocean. The blood of the land is the river of the body. Stone is the storyteller. Stone is meditation master. Stone performs the dance of stillness." -Fredric Lehrman.

You climb into your closet and shut the door -- and in your sorrow you pretend to be alone -- never understanding for a moment that in there, with you, is an entire entourage! You cannot be alone. It is a spiritual impossibility. -  KRYON

Just over 100 years ago, Max Planck wrote a methematical formula that introduced the world to the concepts of tiny bundles of energy that behave both as waves and as particles. They came to be known as ''Quanta''. His formula became the basis of quantum physics, and gave birth to a branch of science where reality does not follow the cause-and-effect rules of our empirical science. This changed our most basic concept of our physical world. This is awakening thoughts to our universal connectedness.

Your Attention Please...
This... is The Universe.

Today I'll be recording your every thought and emotion, no matter how "good" or "bad", no matter how generous or stingy, and no matter how helpful or hurtful they may be.

And everything I record... will be played back for you, as soon as possible, as some type of physical manifestation in time and space.

Thank You, that is all.

WRITE!
In writing, you'll right so many wrongs,
heal so much woundedness,

Be aware of your thinking
"There is a thought in your mind right now. The longer you hold on to it, the more you dwell upon it, the more life you give to that thought. Give it enough life, and it will become real. So make sure the thought is indeed a great one."
-- Ralph Marston

Most of our self-talk comes unconsciously from our subconscious. Yet every thought that exists in our subconscious got there through a conscious decision to accept that thought.
We need to become conscious of our self-talk so we can at will choose to replace negative beliefs with positive ones. We have the power to choose an identity we love, but we need to do the work. The process of changing our subconscious beliefs requires awareness, diligence, consistency and repetition.

"Man is made or unmade by himself. In the armory of thought he forges the weapons by which he destroys himself. He also fashions the tools with which he builds for himself heavenly mansions of joy and strength and peace."
-- William James

THEN COMES HARVEST

Who ever stood at life's open door
without a sense of awe
a questing mind a longing heart
and wonder what fate has in store?

How constantly life urges us
to weave our strands
into a pattern all our own
as every day we make our choice
and live to harvest
what we've sown.

DARE TO DREAM
What if the goal we set today
seems impossible to reach?
and dreams we spin in solitude
dissolve - 'ere fixed by speech?
Impossible! The echo sounds
from mountaintop to beach.
While silently the thought seeds grow,
tended by love, watered by faith...
till they at last - triumphantly
 fulfilment reach.

Oh dare to dream
Since eons, it seems - and evermore
all lofty schemes evolved from dreams.

Dream upon your pillow...
 at dawn arise
 and reach...

REVELATION

We make ourselves a place apart
Behind light words that tease and flout,
But oh, the agitated heart
Till someone really find us out.

'Tis pity if the case require
(Or so we say) that in the end
We speak the literal to inspire
The understanding of a friend.

But so with all, from babes that play
At hide-and-seek to God afar,
So all who hide too well away
Must speak and tell us where they are.

by Robert Frost

"You can create whatever it is that you desire. And you do that in your so-called dream state. And so you have that opportunity while you are in your conscious state to begin to get a perception of what it is that you believe, to pay attention to the intuitive suggestions, the reactions that you have when you are involved in your day to day activities, the impulses.

Analyzing, if you wish, and determining what the belief is that's responsible for the reality you are experiencing. Paying attention to your attitudes. Paying attention to how you feel about yourself. Paying attention to what it is that you would change within yourself and then change it if you wish. That opportunity is yours. For once again, you create from a position of love. You cannot create from any other position. You do it from a position of love."

-Joshiah

What is love?

"When mystics use the word love, they use it very carefully -- in the deeply spiritual sense, where to love is to know; to love is to act. If you really love, from the depths of your Consciousness, that love gives you a native wisdom. You perceive the needs of others intuitively and clearly, with detachment from any personal desires; and you know how to act creatively to meet those needs, dexterously surmounting any obstacle that comes in the way. Such is the immense, driving power of love."

-- Eknath Easwaran

"Therefore, when I say that ‘I love,’ it is not I who love, but in reality Love who acts through me. Love is not so much something I do as something that I am. Love is not a doing but a state of being - a relatedness, a connectedness to another mortal, an identification with her or him that simply flows within me and through me, independent of my intentions or my efforts."

-- Robert A. Johnson

"When you are aware that you are the force that is Life, anything is possible. Miracles happen all the time, because those miracles are performed by the heart. The heart is in direct communion with the human soul, and when the heart speaks, even with the resistance of the head, something inside you changes; your heart opens another heart, and true love is possible."

-- Don Miguel Ruiz

In three words I can sum up everything
I've learned about life: it goes on.
~Robert Frost

"Imagination also plays an important part in your subjective life, as it gives mobility to your beliefs.

It is one of the motivating agencies that helps transform your beliefs into physical experience. It is vital therefore that you understand the interrelationship between ideas and imagination.

In order to dislodge unsuitable beliefs and establish new ones, you must learn to use your imagination to move concepts in and out of your mind.

The proper use of imagination can then propel ideas in the directions you desire."

~Seth [The Nature of Personal Reality]

With EXPECTATION it goes like this...

Whatever you're capable of summoning, imagining, and moving towards, however feebly to begin with, I am capable of delivering.

In expectation,

Open to awareness
"Mindfulness means moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness. It is cultivated by refining our capacity to pay attention, intentionally, in the present moment, and then sustaining that attention over time as best we can. In the process, we become more in touch with our life as it is unfolding."
-- Myla & Jon Kabat-Zinn

"Evil (ignorance) is like a shadow - it has no real substance of its own, it is simply a lack of light. You cannot cause a shadow to disappear by trying to fight it, stomp on it, by railing against it, or any other form of emotional or physical resistance. In order to cause a shadow to disappear, you must shine light on it."

-~Shakti Gawain

[Note: When I read this quote, I felt like the words 'evil/ignorance/shadow' could be substituted with 'negative emotion/negativity/disallowing/resistance' and the word 'light' subsititued with 'positive emotion/allowing/acceptance/compassion ' and that the Abraham teachings would concur. Anne]

"You create your thoughts.

Your thoughts create your intentions.

Your intentions create your reality."

--Dr. Wayne Dyer

We were put on this Earth, not to see through one anoter, but to see one another through. - Walter Stanaley

"We must expend the bulk of our energy planting good roots today, rather than fretting about the plants that are already growing from the roots we planted in the past."

--Master Hsing Yun

In the splendour of Autumn foliage as we were driving on highway 125, between Hancock and Ripton in Vermont, we came upon the Robert Frost Wayside Trail.  It was late afternoon, the sun bending to cast soft shadows upon quiet stream and meadow, as we set foot upon the trail. To our delight we found Robert Frost poetry posted at appropriate intervals to meld with the view before our eyes. We were enchanted by the blending of nature and verse. We read the stanzas to each other with reverence on this poetic romp. And I find it difficult to choose between our inspiration and poetry pages as I share Robert Frost with you. - I decided ‘more is better’.

The Road Less Traveled

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler,  long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth.

Then took the other,  as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better dain,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh,  I kept the first for another day !
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence...
Two roads diverged in a wood,  and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

--Robert Frost
